Think You’re Going Crazy

**Spoiler Alert**
My post starts three choice into this adventure. Please be sure to start at the beginning.

Think Your Going Crazy?

Crazy. You must be crazy to think the Yeti just spoke. But then again, crazy is what drove you up the mountain after a mystical creature. It backs out of reach from the flashlight beam. Its dark eyes are wide, its mouth holds a hint of a quiver. How could something so much bigger – and on most days scarier – than you be afraid of you?

You, who wields nothing more than a flashlight and a bad attitude?

And a camera, you finally remember. Proof is at your fingertips. You drop your shoulder and sling your backpack to the ground. Numb fingers make searching for the camera difficult. The Yeti takes the opportunity to go deeper into the cave. What if it gets away? It’ll ruin everything. You have to get this picture. It’s the most important one of your life.

Then, the half-eaten candy bar you stashed in a side pocket falls out. The scent of chocolate infiltrates the crisp air, and draws the Yeti closer. It makes a sound low in its throat, like a puppy begging for a treat. You could use the candy to lure it out, take a snapshot, and get back to civilization. But, hunger gnaws at you, and who knows how long the trek down the mountain will take.

The candy bar could be the difference between hunger and starvation. The snapshot could be the difference between your dream job and your current one.
